When a request is created a priority must be set. Priorities may be adjusted by an Approver or Admin user prior to approval/nomination.
The priority you select when raising a work request dictates the speed it will be attended too as well as cost.
- Priority 1: is for emergencies only, they will be attended to within 4 hours and costs are significantly higher. Only select this priority if you are unable to trade.
- Priority 2: requests will be attended to within 24 hours. Select this priority if trade is still possible but is impacted.
- Priority 3-4: requests will be attended within 3-5 days respectively. Select these priorities when there is minimal impact to trade.
- Priority 5: requests are non-urgent requests. These will be attended the next time a supplier is in the area.
